Making more of St Maur (pronounced “more”), in a new wine region came down to leveraging the rich heritage of the estate and its owner. By concentrating on a limited release of the Southern Highlands grown wines and developing a signature Pinot Noir, a strong foundation for the St Maur brand was also built.

giro+partners’ simple market identity for St Maur and its label drew on the history of the long established working farm and the old dairy.

In the crowded and fanciful world of new world wines, St Maur’s distinctive “heritage” branding made its products stand apart from the rest.
