Royal Hotel

The Royal Hotel in NSW Southern Highlands had suffered greatly from underinvestment and poor attention to detail by its previous licencee. The opportunity came for the owners to re-acquire the hotel and reinvigorate the establishment and Royal brand to its position of leadership in the hospitality sector.

giro+partners created a brand identity that blended imagery of the cattle synonymous with the (Scottish) Highlands, used the original name of the hotel and presented the establishment as progressive and modern.

The use of embossing draws further on the Highlands livestock heritage to create a strong and enduring impression.
